To change your incoming and outgoing mail server settings please follow the screenshots below;
Go to File and click Account Settings.
Click on the email account which you would like to change, and click change;
Now Please follow the instructions below;
Ensure on “outgoing Server” that the box is ticked and you are using the same settings as incoming mail server (as below).
In “Advanced” please ensure that the ports match that are below and “(SSL)” is not checked.
Once complete please press “Ok”
To finish off press “Next” which tests the system, if the settings are correct then after you press “Finish” and “send/receive” (top left corner) then you should be able to receive emails (try some tests to ensure setup is working)
